From enquiry to completion, clear decisions at every stage.

A typical project coordination flow. Actual schedules, submissions and scope follow the contract conditions of each project.

  1. Drawings and conditions

Set out the facility use, systems involved and scope of work. Areas that must stay in operation, available working hours and differences between drawings and site are the main points to agree.

  2. Agreeing the quotation scope

Separate installed quantities, material specifications, whether demolition, disposal and insulation are included, and what other trades are responsible for. Gaps in the drawings are recorded as items for site checking.

  3. Contract and mobilisation

Agree contract conditions, the programme, and plans for material deliveries and equipment shutdowns. Separate what must be fixed before starting from what can be adjusted during the work.

  4. Installation and stage checks

Set the installation order for pipes and equipment, interfaces with other trades and check points before finishes. Agree how changes will be reflected in the drawings and scope.

  5. Completion and handover

Within the contract scope, organise testing and commissioning, completion documents and maintenance information. How repair requests are received and where responsibility lies are also confirmed at handover.
