Message from the Representative Director

The quality of building services shows once the building is in use.

The standard I learned on mechanical installation sites is clear. Every pipe and every valve on a drawing is, in the end, there for the people who will use the building. The work means something only when water reaches where it is needed, indoor air does its job and facility managers can inspect the systems.

ELIM ENC has carried out mechanical and fire protection works for schools, military facilities, healthcare facilities, and office and residential buildings. Every building is used differently, and every project comes with its own conditions. Replacing pipes while part of a building stays in use means dividing work areas and hours. Closing a ceiling means first checking the connections that are about to be hidden.

The schedule interlocks with other trades, and quality carries on into maintenance after completion. Safety, too, has to be prepared before work begins. I want to build a company that answers these concerns with specific drawings, work sequences and check items.

We also work to turn site experience into technology. We have registered patents for a sanitary piping installation method, modular piping kits and process-based materials management, and we are pursuing applications in 3D scanning, piping design and quantity takeoff. We will keep reviewing the technology that sites need, and aim to be a construction partner that is clear about the scope of each job and what we commit to.
